Your day-to-day work will consist of many elements, including: Understanding the work instructions provided by the foreman or assistant foreman; Preparing the tools and equipment required for the job site; Loading and unloading the truck; Securing the job site with the required equipment and tools; Performing site maintenance and performing various demolition tasks.

Your daily routine will consist of several elements, including: Understanding the instructions provided by the foreman; Implementing safety and protection measures on the worksite; Routing materials and tools to colleagues; Performing various installation tasks under the supervision of the Journeyman Carpenter (installation of wall panels, metal partitions, windows, etc.); Performing carpentry tasks: Cutting, wood assembly, concrete formwork; Performing rework and touch-ups, if necessary; Taking care of the worksite, tools and equipment.

Your day-to-day work will involve a number of tasks, including: Understanding the foreman’s instructions and plan specifications; Participating in the development of the installation approach with the foreman; Reviewing plans and specifications; Assigning work to apprentices; Coordinating various preparatory work tasks: demolition, excavation; Carrying out various carpentry and joinery tasks: formwork, framing, structure, etc.; Carrying out finishing tasks: kitchen cabinets, doors, windows, floor coverings, etc.; Maintaining the site, tools and equipment; Perform site, tool and equipment maintenance.

Your day-to-day work will involve a number of tasks, including : Welcoming and integrating new employees; Collaborating with project managers on project start-ups; Providing technical support on the site and collaborating with the project manager to establish possible solutions; Coordinating and scheduling subcontractors; Attend site meetings with professionals; Forecast needs for materials, suppliers, labour, equipment, etc.; Assign work to carpenters or other trades; Perform various checks and verifications during the project; Approve employee time sheets; Coordinate site closures.

Your day-to-day work will consist of several elements, including : Participating in the development and updating of the prevention program for construction sites; Overseeing the implementation and operation of mechanisms for coordinating employers’ activities on construction sites; Identifying situations that may be a source of danger; Conducting workplace inspections; Ensuring that workers are aware of the types of hazards associated with their work; Receiving copies of accident notices and investigating events that have caused or could have caused an accident; Accompanying the inspector on inspection visits.

Your day-to-day work will involve a number of tasks, including: Examining plans and specifications for projects to be quoted; Estimating projects and coordinating price requests to subcontractors; Preparing the bid and validating it with the estimator; Correcting the bid if necessary and forwarding it to the customer; Preparing the necessary documentation related to project confirmation; Planning the project (schedule, subcontractor negotiations, contracts, etc.); Preparing and participating in the meeting with the customer; Coordinating the work of subcontractors; Monitoring the progress of the project (progress of work, schedule, etc.); Coordinating the closing of the worksite.); Prepare and participate in meetings with customers; Coordinate subcontractor work; Monitor project progress (work progress, schedule, etc.); Coordinate site closure.

Your day-to-day work will involve a number of tasks, including: Examining plans and specifications for projects to be tendered; Selecting and forwarding them to subcontractors; Visiting customers to submit bids; Estimating quantities and materials; Preparing subcontractors’ requests for quotations; Following up with subcontractors and providing the required information; Performing calculations and formatting the bid; Finalizing the bid according to the corrections made; Transferring the confirmed bid and providing explanations to the project manager.

Your day-to-day work will involve a number of tasks, including: Helping to prepare equipment and materials required for job sites; Receiving orders for job sites and/or the warehouse; Tracking and managing inventories of materials (small tools, construction materials, safety equipment, etc.) and ensuring that damaged materials are in good condition and repaired; Maintaining the warehouse and yard in a clean, orderly and safe manner; Travelling to job sites and elsewhere, as required.

Your daily routine will consist of several elements, including : Understanding given instructions (work order, time card, cutting list); Preparing tools and work areas; Cutting according to instructions (melamine, hardwood, laminate); Performing various woodworking operations, framing and planning; Performing laminate gluing (gluing, filing); Operating required equipment (saw bench, assembly table, etc.); Performing assembly according to instructions given by team leaders and plans; Finishing furniture.

Your daily routine will consist of several elements, including: Understanding instructions (cutting list, work order, time card); Cutting (melamine, hardwood, laminate); Preparing surfaces (squaring, levelling, sanding); Carrying out tasks using tools (bench saw, router, table, etc.); Preparing stains, paints and lacquers with a spray gun; Touching up as needed; Assembling according to instructions provided by the team leader. ); Prepare stains, paints and spray lacquers; Touch up as required; Assemble according to instructions provided by the team leader; Assemble cabinets, countertops, cupboards, furniture, etc.; Finish furniture; Perform final inspection before shipping.
